CarAlgo Account Deletion
This page explains the procedure for deleting an account associated with the CarAlgo app.
How to request deletion
Your account can be deleted either:
- via the dedicated page https://delete.caralgo.com by entering your email and password: the account is then deleted.
- by email to contact@caralgo.com from the address linked to the account, with the subject "CarAlgo account deletion".
In some cases, identity verification may be required before the request is carried out.
Data deleted
- User account and profile information (email/account credentials).
- License plates and vehicle data linked to the account.
- Technical data reported by the dongle/OBD and diagnostics linked to the account.
- Location data linked to the account (GPS/position, trips and nearby services).
Data that may be retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or legal-defence obligations.
Processing time
CarAlgo processes requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days from verification of the request.
